Calling
Your Doctor or Nurse
During
Office Hours:
All
telephone calls to our offices are returned as soon as our schedule
permits. If you have a question or concern, we encourage you to
contact your physician or nurse during office hours.
If you are calling because you have a medical emergency, please
inform the receptionist, in which case your call will receive the
highest priority. When calling, please tell the receptionist the
nature of your call so that we can appropriately direct your call
to the member of our staff best suited to meet your needs. Please
call as early in the day as possible when requesting appointments
or medical advice.
After
Office Hours:
If
you have an emergency after hours, call our office number. Our answering
service will take a message and contact a physician, who will return
your call as soon as possible.

ready:
- Your
name

number where you can be reached
